Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Lead to manage multi-workstream technology programs across ERP systems, data platforms, and AI solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on coordinating teams, keeping delivery aligned with business goals, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly.
You will lead initiatives from planning through go-live, including ERP implementations, data pipelines, integrations, and cloud-based tools. You will also support clients in prioritizing work, clarifying requirements, and making informed decisions.
This role combines strategic planning with day-to-day execution and is a great fit for someone who can manage complexity, bring structure to fast-paced environments, and keep teams aligned.
This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential for full-time employment.
We are filling multiple roles in both the US and Canada.
