Client is a grain storage/merchandiser as well as an animal feed operation that has grown through acquisition. They see the next step in their journey through digitization of all manual processes, leveraging automation where possible, and enabling emerging technologies (including AI) to support lean operational goals while providing a platform for growth.
Our Approach
Captios Partners built a digital strategy beginning with aligning leadership towards their north-star goals and key business metrics. After assessing the current state digital ecosystem, the team then collaboratively developed a future state model and roadmap across people, platforms, and processes prioritized by business value and feasibility.
Client Outcome
Client was given a clear and tactical roadmap including sequenced initiatives that aligned with their business goals and targets. Each initiative included supporting information like initiative background, technologies required, resources required, level of effort, estimated cost, and business case. Client immediately began implementing initiatives from the list with their digital transformation underway
